Triceps TalentBank® stage for qualified talentBoth in business and (semi) governmental organisations constant adaptation and change have become a fact of life. But whatever the cause, people are always key! For employers it is difficult to find exactly the talent needed at the moment it is needed most. Individuals on the other hand often struggle to find that specific job that fits their ambition and characteristics best. The Triceps TalentBank enables talented professionals and organisations that could be of interest to them to find each other easily.
The Triceps TalentBank basicly provides employers with easy and fast access to a selection of candidates in the Triceps database. Many of these candidates have come to us by recommendation. All have been characterised in a TalentProfile, based on a competence test. So Triceps knows all its candidates personally, their capabilities and preferences and that they are really available. In other words: for an employer the first - time consuming - steps in the recruiting process have already been taken.
At the moment the Triceps TalentBank is only available in Dutch, but an international version will be released in due course.
