Has acquired a wide international management experience with Philips. Among others he was responsible for setting up the first production facility in Beijing and for the successful turn around of the Chilean operation. He also managed a number of product divisions. Aided by his experience in the field of career counselling, he decided in 1996 to dramatically change his own career by quitting Philips and starting Triceps. As from the start he focussed with his agency on personal and business counselling, executive search and interim management.
