With Joint Search, Triceps offers its clients the possibility of searching for suitable candidates in the (secure) TalentBank®. Every year, Triceps consultants talk to and qualify a great many candidates that are not immediately placed. These highly qualified professionals are included in the Triceps TalentBank. The Triceps consultants assess and categorise these professionals into Talents Profiles by means of a competency test.
The TalentBank can be searched on the basis of these Talents Profiles, but also on experience in a sector or position.

The client can easily create a Talents Profile for a vacancy, thus increasing the odds of finding the right match. The selection process under Joint Search is naturally entirely supported by a Triceps consultant.
