The coaching objective is drawn up on the basis of an in-depth intake interview and an extensive Talent Assessment. The objectives are then translated into actions with measurable results and time frames on the basis of mutual commitment. Coaching takes places in individual, group, MT and MD programmes.
At Triceps Coaching, you will work with two coaches: one consultant supports your personal development, the other supports the development of your professional capacities and performance.
