The Dutch labour market is in turmoil. We are currently witnessing an unprecedented inflow, circulation and outflow of employees. In addition, the increasing complexity of jobs and the increased pressure to perform make increasingly high demands on employees. This is why, in order to get a job, the modern employee must have a range of qualities and skills at a very high level.


To determine whether an employee meets these requirements, Triceps Talent Assessment offers a hand in determining the future course of the employee, which could simultaneously also serve as input for the personal development plan.


The Triceps Talent Assessment is based on the Role Diagram Approach (RDA®).
In addition to effective behaviour, this approach also pays attention to ineffective behaviour. Furthermore, this test is not limited to aspects of human performance, like personality and qualities, but also makes an overview of a candidate’s capacities. This assessment also shows the ambitions of the candidate and the development indications for realising those ambitions on the basis of the current behaviour.


Developments from practice are meticulously evaluated and, where necessary, focused, so the RDA model will continue to be up to date. This makes this product ideally suited for use in the core processes of Talent Management: inflow, circulation and outflow, both in individual and group processes.

Inflow: Executive Search

A job profile can be drawn up in a relatively simple and clear-cut manner. On the basis of the Qualities analysis of the candidate, the extent of the candidate’s match with any given vacancy can be assessed at a glance.

Circulation: Career support and coaching

By outlining both the current and desired behaviour of an employee, a concrete personal development plan can be made and our consultants can effectively train and coach the candidates.
What a person needs to continue to grow in his or her current position and in which position his or her skills and/or capacities would best flourish are determined on the basis of the extensive report.


The Triceps Talent Assessment can be used for:

  • cultural scan of one or multiple organisations

Outflow: outplacement

The programme (reintegration or outplacement) that is to be initiated with an employee is determined on the basis of the personality profile.
